Tired of dealing with a boss who doesn't know how to lead? Fed up of working in a place where "efficiency" is just a word thrown around in meetings? It’s time for a change! We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team and lead the charge in making things run smoothly. If you’re ready to escape the chaos and take your career to the next level in a place that actually values you, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!
What’s Your Mission? As our Production Supervisor , you’ll lead the team to meet production targets while ensuring high-quality standards and smooth operations. What You’ll Be Doing (And Thriving Every Minute of It):
- Oversee daily production, ensuring your line targets are met on time while maintaining top-notch quality.
- Lead a crew of awesome people, providing guidance, training, and positive energy to get the job done right.
- Identify and solve production roadblocks before they become problems that derail everything.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in manufacturing or production, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- A strong understanding of assembly processes, production schedules, and workflow optimization.
- Proven leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team, no more dealing with uninspiring bosses!
- Lean manufacturing experience or continuous improvement experience is a huge plus.
- A commitment to safety and ensuring your team works in a positive and protected environment.
- Flexibility and the ability to handle change like a pro.
