About the Role
Hello, School Psychologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring part-time and full-time School Psychologists for a school setting in the Aurora, IL area for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. We welcome new clinicians and seasoned professionals alike!

What You’ll Do
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
- Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs
- Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports
- Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement
- Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred
