Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Part Time | Mukilteo, WA | 2026–2027 School Year
Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an elementary school-based position in Mukilteo, Washington . This assignment offers a four-day workweek , starting ASAP through the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year . Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate service documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Recommend strategies and accommodations that support communication across school settings
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Washington State SLP license
- Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification in speech-language pathology
- Experience working with elementary students preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage service schedules, documentation, and evaluation timelines
- Availability to work 4 days per week through the remainder of the school year
- Ability to complete required district onboarding and background checks
