Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Albany, OR area. What You'll Do
• Provide speech services in the school setting • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports • Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams • Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills • Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed • What We're Looking For
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Oregon SLP License
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
