About the Role Hello, School Social Workers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Social Worker for a K–12 school setting in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role, you’ll support students’ social-emotional well-being, family engagement, and access to learning through counseling, crisis support, and collaboration with school teams. We welcome both new and experienced clinicians!

What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and social-emotional development
- Support crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning as needed
- Participate in IEP, MTSS, and student support team meetings
- Conduct assessments related to social-emotional and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Support attendance, engagement, and wraparound services for students and families
- Assist in developing and implementing intervention plans
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
- Connect families to community resources and supports
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
- Valid Colorado CDE Special Services Provider license with School Social Worker endorsement, or eligibility by start date
- Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis response skills
- School-based experience preferred, not required
- Passion for supporting students’ mental health and well-being
