Your Impact
- Assist with office operations including daily administrative tasks, data entry, supply ordering, and general administrative upkeep.
- Provide support to managers with new hire first day/onboarding assistance, preparation of welcome materials, and posting internal job flyers
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and provide front desk support
- Help facility management with projects, scheduling meetings, and general administrative support.
