  • Validate and steward content metadata and business rules to support modular content product standards and ensure alignment with campaign needs.
  • Provide VVPM system administration and user management support as a primary operational point of contact, helping users navigate the platform and managing inquiries related to access, permissions, account updates, deactivations, and document ownership transfers.
  • Triage, resolve, or escalate user tickets and technical inquiries; guide users to relevant documentation, job aids, SOPs, process guidelines, and training resources; track recurring issues or enhancement opportunities; and maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, regional affiliates, and external agency partners.

Who You Are

  • Practical experience using content management and review/approval platforms such as Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar tools as a key system for digital asset workflows; Veeva Vault Platform or similar admin certification is a plus.
  • Strong customer-service orientation, interpersonal communication, stakeholder support, problem-solving, and feedback management skills, with the ability to guide stakeholders through technical and operational workflows clearly.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and analytical capabilities, with proven ability to manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks in collaborative environments.
  • Desired: experience in pharma, biotech, life sciences, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries; familiarity with MLR review lifecycles, claims management, and compliance standards; and an adaptive, agile mindset with interest in continuous process improvement.
