The Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team provides managed services and continuous enhancement for Salesforce CRM platforms supporting Emerson businesses globally. This role is responsible for administering, configuring, and developing Salesforce solutions that support Sales, Service, and Revenue Operations teams. The position focuses on delivering reliable, scalable CRM functionality, resolving end user incidents, and partnering closely with business stakeholders to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
