Your Role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Software Development Intern to join our engineering team. This internship provides hands-on experience in software development while working alongside experienced developers on real-world projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about coding, eager to learn, and looking to apply their academic knowledge in a professional environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, testing, and debugging software applications
- Collaborate with team members on coding projects and feature implementation
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
- Help maintain and improve existing codebases
- Document code and development processes
- Support quality assurance testing
- Attend team meetings and contribute ideas
Your Background:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C, or C# - C is preferrable)
- Understanding of fundamental programming concepts and data structures
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and concepts
- Experience with firmware development with microcontrollers (C, C++)
- Familiarity with Microcontrollers and programming for embedded systems
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
- Previous project experience (academic, personal, or professional)
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles
