Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, and banquets.
- Ensure high standards of service, quality, and hygiene in line with brand guidelines.
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support in achieving departmental financial targets (cost control, upselling, revenue generation).
- Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, and other departments for seamless service delivery.
- Monitor inventory, requisitions, and ensure proper stock levels for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Contribute to creating guest engagement initiatives to enhance dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations (supervisory level preferred).
- Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and operational procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a multicultural team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong guest-oriented approach with attention to detail.
