Job Description Key Responsibilities Enterprise Delivery Leadership
• Establish and lead the EDO Global Competency Center operating model.
- Establish and lead the EDO Global Competency Center operating model.
- Create scalable delivery teams that support all EDO pillars.
- Drive execution consistency through common processes, standards, and delivery practices.
- Ensure alignment of GCC resources to strategic EDO priorities and roadmaps.
- Lead enterprise-scale delivery planning across multiple portfolios and initiatives.
- Maintain a consolidated view of delivery commitments, dependencies, risks, and outcomes across all pillars.
- Own GCC workforce strategy including hiring, onboarding, talent development, and succession planning.
- Build and manage talent pools across:
- Data Engineering
- Data Product Management
- Data Governance
- Data Quality
- MDM
- Data Operations
- Business Analysis
- Program Management
- AI & Innovation
• Establish flexible staffing models that allow resources to be deployed across pillar priorities.

- Optimize capacity planning and resource allocation across the EDO portfolio.
- Develop talent development programs and competency frameworks.
- Establish a centralized EDO Program Management Office (PMO).

• Facilitate monthly and quarterly planning and execution reviews. • Drive transparency through executive dashboards and delivery reporting. • Lead portfolio-level issue resolution and escalation management. • Support strategy execution and enterprise-wide operating model implementation.

• Define global delivery locations and sourcing strategies.
