Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product training on ILMCV vehicles, including features, specifications, applications, USPs and competitor positioning.
- Deliver classroom, virtual and on-the-job training for sales teams, dealers and channel partners.
- Support new product launches, product updates and dealership training.
- Assess product knowledge, identify capability gaps and recommend suitable learning interventions.
- Develop and update training presentations and other learning materials.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant.
Qualifications BE/ B.Tech or Diploma in Automobile Engineering
Additional Information
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Vehicle / Automotive Product Training.
- Good understanding of commercial vehicle products, specifications, aggregates and applications.
- Experience in training sales, dealer or field teams.
- Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and digital learning tools.
- Experience with LMS/e-learning platforms is an added advantage.
- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
