Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Principal Software Development Engineer (IC4) to join the Raw Metal Cloud (RMC) team, which builds software to manage AI infrastructure.
You will lead the design, development, and operation of telemetry services supporting device management and hardware lifecycle automation. Your work will improve visibility into power, cooling, and device health, reduce manual intervention, and accelerate reliable GPU capacity delivery.
You will collaborate on technical decisions, mentor engineers, and deliver secure, scalable services. We value clear technical judgment, simple designs, ownership, and collaboration.
