Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with major in accounting
- Hospital/Healthcare accounting experience preferred
- Related work experience: 5+ years
- Must be a team-oriented problem-solver.
- Accounting software experience (Workday preferred)
- Budget software experience (Strata preferred)
- Advanced Excel experience preferred (pivot tables)
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Must be detail-oriented and flexible in prioritizing workload
- Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and be able to interface with a multidiscipline management staff
- Must have experience working with all levels of management
- Must be able to work independently and be able to analyze complex accounting issues, identify relevant facts and communicate problematic resolution both verbally and in writing.
