About the job

MISSION

Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.

In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Candidate Experience team is part of TA Enablement, and the role combines three things: interview coordination, candidate experience and recruiting enablement.

As a Candidate Experience Partner, you will own one hiring area end to end. You’ll keep interviews running smoothly, make sure every candidate and interviewer has a great experience, virtually and in person, and equip recruiters and interviewers with the guidelines, tools and automation to do their best work. You are the operational backbone that keeps recruiting fast without costing candidate experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DELIVER IN THE FIRST 6-12 MONTHS

  • Become the go-to expert for your location on interview scheduling and in-person interviews.
  • Interviews scheduled and managed within agreed SLAs across every live role in your area, with delays and risks flagged before they become conflicts.
  • Candidate experience tracked against agreed KPIs, with friction in the candidate and interviewer journey fixed in good time.
  • Complex escalations resolved independently, with a fix that stops them recurring.
  • Documented processes and guidelines for in-person and virtual interviews in use across your area, with interviewers briefed and clear on what to expect.
  • Jobs, interview plans and forms in Ashby configured in line with the hiring framework, so it is applied consistently in every process you support.
  • Regularly reviews candidate experience data, surveys, funnel metrics and feedback, to spot trends and drive programmatic improvements.
  • Build and maintain automations that remove manual scheduling work.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • +4 years of hands-on experience in recruiting coordination, or recruiting operations, running multi-party scheduling independently.
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to improve a workflow, with sound judgement on when to trust and when to check the output.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholders and handling last-minute changes.
  • Able to prioritise across several live roles and resolve escalations within a defined remit.
  • Working knowledge of structured hiring, compliance and candidate data privacy, applied accurately in varied situations.
  • Clear, warm written communication, and a professional in-person presence when representing Neko to candidates.
  • Experience with Ashby ATS is prefered.
  • Able to be in the office three days a week, and attend hiring events when needed.
