Don't see a role on our page that fits you? Apply here anyway. If you're sharp, curious, and move fast, we'd rather figure out where you fit than miss out on you entirely. You'll land on a small, elite team tackling problems that need speed and real engineering instinct — no fixed lane required.
What You’ll Do
- Jump in wherever the problem is, working across the stack with engineers, designers, and operators
- Own real scope from day one
- Move fast on problems that don't come with a playbook
- Get curious about how systems work end-to-end, including areas outside your usual lane
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
- Curiosity about robots, their applications, and new frontiers opened by AI
- A strong drive to learn and explore
- Unique expertise you can bring to the team
About Us
Dynamic Creatures is a robotics company designing and building interactive character robots for entertainment and hospitality brands. We are creating a new category of mobile characters that move naturally through guest environments, understand the context of an interaction and respond in real time. Dynamic Creatures offers character-based experiences built on Boston Dynamics and other systems, as well as fully original robots created for a specific brand, environment or story. As Boston Dynamics’ official entertainment and hospitality partner, the company works with entertainment companies to develop guest-facing character experiences designed to feel personal, attentive, and memorable. Dynamic Creatures was co-founded by CEO Marc Theermann, former chief strategy officer at Boston Dynamics and a former senior leader at Google, and chief technology officer Farbod Farshidian, a globally recognized robotics researcher and former research leader at the Robotics and AI Institute.
