Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend optimal coverage
- Sell and cross-sell a full suite of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support and proactive policy reviews
- Consistently exceed individual sales targets to support overall agency success
- Stay current on product knowledge, compliance standards, and industry best practices
- Leverage CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and monitor renewals
- Actively participate in team meetings and sales strategy sessions to drive innovation and growth
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and closing new business
- Coachable, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
