Are you outgoing, competitive, and motivated by achieving results? The Nick Myers Agency at Farmers Insurance is looking for an enthusiastic Agent in Training to join our growing team and develop a rewarding career in insurance sales.
No prior insurance experience is required. You'll receive paid training from day one, along with ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support as you learn the business. The agency also provides assistance with pre-licensing costs to help you get started.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work warm and hot leads through inbound calls, Farmers leads, purchased leads, referrals, and the agency's existing book of business
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products
- Connect with customers, follow up with prospects, and build lasting relationships
- Identify cross-selling opportunities with existing customers and generate referrals
- Network within the community to develop new business opportunities
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development
- Work toward individual sales goals and contribute to agency growth

Sales experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
