AGENT IN TRAINING – CONNER KLINE FARMERS INSURANCE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and generate new leads through various outreach methods
- Assess each client’s needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Sell and present Farmers Insurance offerings, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while providing excellent customer service
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets
- Stay up to date with insurance product knowledge, regulations, and industry trends
- Accurately manage sales activities and follow-ups using agency systems

QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
