City Wide Facility Solutions of Central Kentucky is looking for a motivated, outgoing Contractor Recruiting Specialist to help us grow our network of Independent Contractors (ICs) and service partners throughout Central Kentucky.
If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, prospecting for new opportunities, and seeing your efforts directly contribute to business growth, this could be a great fit.
In this role, you'll actively recruit commercial cleaning companies and other service contractors, connect with business owners through outbound calls, schedule appointments, and guide qualified partners through the onboarding process. This is not a traditional desk-based recruiting position. We're looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations, staying organized, and building a strong pipeline of prospective contractors.
What You'll Do
• Recruit commercial cleaning companies, independent contractors, and service vendors throughout Central Kentucky
- Recruit commercial cleaning companies, independent contractors, and service vendors throughout Central Kentucky
- Make outbound prospecting and cold calls to prospective contractor partners
- Schedule appointments and meetings with qualified prospects
- Build relationships with business owners and contractors
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of prospective partners
- Guide qualified contractors through the onboarding and setup process
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity, prospect information, and follow-up records
- Consistently follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the recruiting process
- Partner with our operations team to help support current and future contractor needs
