About the job

About CWILL CWILL (pronounced 'quill') is a post-purchase and retention suite built for Shopify brands. Reduce support tickets, recover lost revenue from returns, and turn one-time buyers into loyal fans — with tools purpose-built for every touchpoint that follows the sale. About the Role We're building a new generation of AI-native full-stack engineers. As AI changes how software is built, we want engineers who can take a feature from idea to release, across frontend, backend, database and deployment, using AI as part of everyday work. You'll join our CWILL Pop-Up & Email Marketing team and learn through mentorship and real projects, helping us move toward a steady weekly release cycle.
