We're a fast-growing post-purchase SaaS platform serving 30,000+ Shopify and DTC merchants globally, and our HR team is expanding. We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us build the team behind the product. This isn't a passive admin role. You'll be hands-on in the full recruiting cycle — scheduling, coordinating across time zones, keeping candidates warm, and making sure our hiring process runs smoothly as we scale. What you'll do:
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones (US + China teams)
- Manage candidate communications and keep the pipeline moving
- Post and update job listings across platforms (LinkedIn, Workable, indeed, etc.)
- Maintain and update our ATS and candidate tracker (Notion)
- Support sourcing efforts — LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, referrals
- Help draft offer letters, schedule onboarding, and handle HR admin
- Work closely with the HR Manager on recruiting strategy and process improvements
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Human Resource. business administration or similiar major

- Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Mandarin (required)
- Are comfortable working across time zones and with async communication
- Have experience with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms
- Move fast and stay calm when priorities shift

- Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem or SaaS companies
- Experience with Notion, Workable, or similar tools
