Job Details & Role Extend OSHC at Waverley Christian College, Wantirna South Position: Permanent Part-Time Position (Term-Time and Vacation Care). S alary: $72,472 (Includes super) + Allowances. The salary package includes additional payments under the Worker Retention Payment Scheme.
• Before School Care: 6:45 am to 8:45 am • After School Care: 2:15 pm to 6:30 pm • Hours: Monday to Friday (31 hours and 15 minutes per week). Guaranteed all school days and Vacation Care. • Leave: As this is a part-time position, leave entitlements apply. • Professional Development: Paid training for your professional development. Key Responsibilities As our OSHC Service Coordinator you will:

- Champion Quality: Work with your Area Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our expert compliance team.
- Be the Visionary: You’re the leader of the service! You’ll plan and program epic crafts, science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
- Inspire and Deliver: Enriching and intentional play-based programs that foster engagement, creativity and quality learning.
- Chef it up: Prepare healthy, tasty breakfast and afternoon tea.
- Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels important.
• The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
