Position Overview: This is an assistant managerial position and reports to the Superintendent in charge of the project and the General Superintendent.
Assigned Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day supervision of project
- Assist with supervision of company field labor and subcontractor activities
- Assist in maintaining project safety
- Assist in maintaining project housekeeping / clean up of job site
- Assist in maintaining appropriate project documentation
- Assist in resolving any field conflicts
- Assist in insuring proper job sequencing
- Assist with owner occupant relations
- Coordinate and receive deliveries
- Regular project visits
- Oversee your own projects when required.

- Minimum 1 year experience in General Construction required. Some working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations beneficial.
