The Opportunity
As a Tire Sales Specialist, you’ll work inside a premium OEM dealership, using your tire knowledge to guide customers, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service experience.
What You’ll Do
- Sell tires on the service drive and exceed sales goals
- Inspect vehicles and identify tire needs
- Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and provide accurate quotes
- Ensure services are completed as promised
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealership staff
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Support inventory, store operations, and technician coordination
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of tire industry experience (required)
- 2+ years of tire industry experience (required)
- Customer-facing experience with a sales mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced service drive environment
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, order systems)
Physical Requirements
- On your feet 7–8 hours per shift
- Able to inspect 80–100 vehicles per day
- Lift up to 75 lbs unassisted
