  • Experience working closely with IT, EHS, HR and Facilities Managers on r hard-facilities issues.
  • Ability to recognize facilities issues, determine the appropriate escalation path, coordinate with technical resources, communicate impacts to office occupants, and follow issues through resolution.
  • Experience coordinating office moves, restacks, openings, expansions, renovations, furniture changes, and other facilities-related operational changes.
  • Experience managing facilities operating budgets, purchase orders, invoices, vendor contracts, forecasts, and operating expenses.
  • Strong service orientation combined with the ability to maintain operational standards, accountability, consistency, and cost control.
  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, executives, Facilities Managers, landlords, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
