Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Manager, Acute Care Pharmacy to be part of our expanding Pharmacy Services.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development, implementation, and advancement of acute care pharmacy clinical programs and pharmacy operations.
- Support safe and efficient medication-use systems, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and clinical outcomes across acute care pharmacy services.
- Serve as a clinical expert, operational leader, and pharmacy department resource while promoting consistent, high-quality pharmacy services aligned with organizational mission, vision, and values.

What You’ll Need:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Pharmacist license to practice in the state of employment, some positions may require multiple state licenses. Must be eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in Wisconsin.
- Minimum 3-5 years progressive leadership experience and 1-3 years hospital pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of acute care pharmacy operations, medication therapy management, and evidence-based clinical guidelines
