Responsibilities
• Ensure the new patient/parent/guardian understands the treatment.
- Ensure the new patient/parent/guardian understands the treatment.
- Presents the fees for services and provides payment options to the client.
- Conveys a positive image of the practice.
• Must have the ability to work well with the public. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to multitask. • Must have the drive to succeed in sales and to meet goals • Excellent time management skills Qualities needed to be successful in this role Someone with exceptional customer service skills, computer literacy, works independently and anticipates team and doctor needs.
