JOB DESCRIPTION: Key Responsibilities
- General Maintenance
- Cleaning breakrooms & bathrooms
- Taking out interior and exterior trash
- Painting & Special Projects
- Pressure Washing shop and building
- Cleaning exterior windows
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications
• Valid Class C driver's license
- Valid Class C driver's license
- Ability to handle heavy items and work in extreme weather and physical conditions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment while demonstrating safe work habits
- Painting Experience
- Electrical Experience
- Handyman skill set
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- General maintenance
- Pressure washing
- Custodial services
- Painting
- Handyman services
- General sanitation
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, pushing, and pulling with a full range of body movements
- Using hands to handle, control or feel
- Climbing ladders, stairs, and platforms
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
Work Experience: 1+ years of general work experience
