Hiring: Parts Advisor
- Pay: The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $50,000 to $80,000.
- Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and vendors professionally, in person and by phone.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and stockroom.
- Coordinate with the Service Department to provide needed parts.
- Order parts for service repairs and customer requests.
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory.
- Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
- Process payments and credit authorizations.
- Handle core returns, warranties, and parts returns.
What You'll Bring
- Previous Parts Advisor experience preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of automotive dealership experience required.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- CDK experience required.
- Automotive certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Total Rewards The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $60,000 to $70,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission(s) off: Department Gross, Individual Gross Bonuses based on: Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
