Now Hiring: Experienced Service Advisor
• Pay: Commission plan with estimated earnings of $70k - $100k annually
- Pay: Commission plan with estimated earnings of $70k - $100k annually
- Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Department Hours: Monday through Friday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

What You'll Do
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, building trust from the first interaction
- Document customer concerns and translate them into repair orders
- Communicate recommended services and maintenance clearly and confidently
- Provide regular updates on repair status and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality work completion
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives retention and CSI scores
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in a Service Writing Advisor role
- Previous experience using CDK
- Time management – managing one's own time and time of others.
- Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
- Basic computer and cost calculation skills.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
