Automotive Sales Representative

Atlantic Coast Acura is looking for motivated sales professionals to join our Jacksonville team. If you’ve succeeded in retail, wireless, furniture, insurance, real estate, hospitality, inside sales, outside sales, or another customer-focused industry, your skills can translate to automotive sales.
Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We provide the training, tools, technology, and support to help you learn the business, build your customer base, and maximize your earning potential.

What You'll Do
- Connect with customers and help identify the right vehicle for their needs and lifestyle
- Present Acura models, features, technology, and available purchase and finance options
- Guide customers through the vehicle-buying process while delivering an excellent experience
- Build relationships with new and returning customers through consistent follow-up
- Manage leads, appointments, and customer activity using dealership CRM tools
- Stay current on Acura products, features, and technology
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training
What You'll Bring
• Previous sales experience preferred, including retail, wireless, insurance, furniture, real estate, hospitality, inside sales, outside sales, B2B, or other customer-facing sales • Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to build rapport and lasting customer relationships • Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented approach • Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills • Comfort using computers, CRM systems, and sales technology • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including:
