Kia of Frisco is looking for an experienced Internal/Used Car Technician to join our Service Team. This role is focused on inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning pre-owned vehicles to get them safe, reliable, and frontline-ready. The Used Car Technician reports to the Shop Foreman and is an onsite dealership position.

What You'll Do
- Inspect and recondition used vehicle inventory
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, drivability, brake, suspension, steering, and HVAC concerns
- Complete maintenance and repairs needed for frontline readiness
- Identify and document recommended repairs
- Perform quality and safety inspections
- Meet internal production and turnaround expectations
- Use scan tools and electronic service information
- Partner with Service, Parts, and Used Car teams to keep vehicles moving
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of automotive technician experience
- Experience working on multiple makes and models
- Dealership or independent repair experience
- ASE Certifications
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and drivability repairs
- Manage multiple repair and reconditioning jobs
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
