Hiring: Express Lube Advisor
- Pay: Commission Earnings Based on Performance and Experience.
- Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls and greet customers while following established customer contact procedures.
- Build positive customer relationships by identifying concerns, assessing needs, and providing service solutions.
- Be the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensure the technician understands the customer's needs and ensure the customer understands the needed and recommended service/repairs.
- Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer's payment, including deductibles.
- Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system.
- Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
- Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
- Keep customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.
What You'll Bring
- Previous Express Lube Advisor experience.
- 1+ years experience as an automotive technician.
- A team player who is focused on providing customer service.
- Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
- A willingness to jump in where needed
- A commitment to following through on promises
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
