Position: Parts Advisor Schedule: Open availability needed to support business needs (Monday-Thursday 11:30AM -8:00PM, Friday 10:30AM-7PM) - Rotating Saturday Hourly: $20-$26 + percentage of gross
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to expert for customers and technicians needing parts and merchandise
- Deliver a world-class experience — in person and over the phone
- Ensure parts inventory is stocked, and available to support technicians and customers.
- Team up with our Service Department to keep vehicles moving and customers happy
- Handle parts ordering, receiving, returns, and warranties with care
- Smart inventory practices and accurate records
- Process payments and get credit approvals with ease
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of automotive parts experience required; dealership experience
- Proven ability to assist technicians and customers with accurate parts identification and ordering
- Strong understanding of inventory control, stocking, and parts catalog systems
- OEM certifications or manufacturer experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes a base/hourly/draw offset and the ability to collect commission and bonus based on performance. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
