Hiring: BMW Technician
- Pay: $25.00 - $70.00 per flat rate
- Schedule: 5-day work week with Sunday and 1 rotating weekday off

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
- Perform maintenance and repairs according to BMW and dealership standards.
- Complete vehicle inspections and identify needed maintenance and repairs.
- Document diagnostic findings, completed repairs, and recommendations.
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding vehicle conditions and repair needs.
- Complete assigned repairs while maintaining high-quality expertise.
What You'll Bring
- BMW dealership or BMW repair experience.
- Mechanical and diagnostic experience.
- Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience.
- BMW training and certifications.
- EV and high-voltage experience.
- While maintaining quality repairs.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards The Flat Rate Range for this position is $25.00-$70.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
