What You'll Do
- Perform mobile maintenance and light repairs at customer locations
- Handle oil changes, battery replacements, tire services, and inspections
- Diagnose basic mechanical issues and provide efficient solutions
- Be knowledgeable and skilled in performing all available warranty recalls remotely.
- Deliver a top tier customer experience in the field
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked mobile service vehicle
What You'll Bring
- 1 or more years of hands-on automotive experience (lube tech or light repair background preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Customer-focused mindset, you are the face of the dealership in the field
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
