- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM
- Reports to: Sales Manager and General Manager
- Onsite in Ames, Iowa

What You'll Do
• Greet customers and visitors in a warm manner
- Greet customers and visitors in a warm manner
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, transferring calls efficiently
- Respond to voicemails and job leads in a timely manner
- Take clear, accurate messages and relay them to the appropriate team member
- Keep the reception area organized and welcoming
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles arriving and departing the facility
- Scanning and other supportive administrative tasks
- Support the team with other duties as needed
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, automotive, or a related customer-facing role. • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to creating positive customer experiences. • Professional telephone skills and confidence handling a high volume of inbound calls.
