Hiring: Parts Advisor
- Pay: $38k - $60k Annually - Commission – Earnings Based on Your Performance
- Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service by helping customers and technicians find the right parts and accessories.
- Assist customers, vendors, and team members in person and over the phone.
- Work with the Service Department to ensure parts are available for vehicle repairs.
- Source, order, and track parts to meet customer and needs.
- Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support ongoing inventory control processes.
- Process customer payments, returns, warranties, and core returns.
- Keep the parts department, counters, and stock areas clean, organized, and customer-ready.
- Build relationships with customers and vendors.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on delivering an ownership experience.
What You'll Bring
- 1+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service and creating a great experience for every customer.
- Previous Parts Advisor experience is preferred, but a willingness to learn and grow is just as important.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts, components, and vehicle systems.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and team members.
- Comfortable using computers and dealership software to research, source, and track parts.
- A team-first mindset.
- Be organized, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Automotive dealership or service department experience.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
