You will report to the service manager. This is an on-site position in Orchard Park, NY. What You'll Do
• Promote communication between customers and technicians
- Promote communication between customers and technicians
- Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
- Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
- Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
- Communicate additional service needs based on inspections
- Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
- Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates
- Previous Service Advisor experience
- Automotive technician background is a plus
- You will communicate with customers and co-workers
- 1+ years of experience with vehicle systems and maintenance
- Team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Compensation Estimated Annual Compensation: $50,000 to $90,000 (Earnings based on performance, experience, and commission) Benefits
