What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development and Call Center roles
- Customer-facing telemarketing, administrative, retail/hospitality experience welcomed
- Ability to prioritize customer experience through a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential customers
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM tools
What You'll Do:
- Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
- Schedule solid Sales appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads, and service and parts customers.
- Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
- Utilize computer & phone skills within our BDC Department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
Total Rewards The hourly wage for this position is $16.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
