What You'll Do
- Lead all parts department operations
- Maintain accurate inventory and proper stocking levels
- Improve inventory turns and reduce obsolescence
- Maximize departmental gross profit
- Grow wholesale and retail parts business
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Deliver exceptional support to service technicians and advisors
What You'll Bring
- Current or former Automotive Parts Manager
- Heavy Stellantis/Mopar background REQUIRED
- Deep understanding of Stellantis parts inventory management, obsolescence control, and manufacturer programs
- Proven track record of increasing departmental profit and performance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and hold a team accountable
- Experience working closely with Fixed Operations leadership to maximize departmental success
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
