- Pay: $46,500 - $154,000 Annually
- Schedule: Full Time
- Department Hours: Daily: 9:00am - 9:00pm

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls, chat/call requests and incoming email.
- Record contacts in Lead Management System.
- Convert sales opportunities to confirmed appointments or turn them to a Sales Consultant.
- Make contact with assigned leads.
What You'll Bring
- 1+ year automotive Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales experience REQUIRED
- Experience with appointment setting and sales performance
- Experience with building relationships, responding to customer needs, and delivering quality service.
- Demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in a high-volume sales environment
- Eager, proactive, and focused on achieving sales success.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $46,500 - $154,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
