What You'll Do
• Greet customers and provide a professional service experience.
- Greet customers and provide a professional service experience.
- Discuss vehicle concerns, recommend services, and explain repair needs, costs, and timelines.
- Create accurate repair orders and document customer and vehicle information.
- Review inspection results, estimates, and additional service recommendations with customers.
- Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process.
- Coordinate repair orders and help keep service work moving.
- Complete vehicle delivery and payment process
