What We Are Looking For:
- Proven automotive repair experience
- ASE Certifications (or a willingness to earn them)
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Your own professional tools
- A positive attitude and a strong, dependable work ethic

* Diagnose and repair vehicles with accuracy, efficiency, and a focus on first-time fixes. * Perform comprehensive maintenance and repairs that consistently meet the highest quality standards. * Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve complex vehicle concerns. * Execute detailed Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI/VHC) with thorough documentation and clear recommendations. * Collaborate effectively with service advisors to ensure transparent communication and exceptional customer service. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to support operational excellence. * Actively contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture rooted in continuous improvement and mutual support.
