Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Full-Time $70,000 - $82,000 annually Join Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric outpatient team. You’ll provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services while working alongside a collaborative pediatric team focused on helping children achieve meaningful progress. Your Role
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Analyze behavioral data and adjust treatment recommendations based on progress
- Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide parent and caregiver education and support
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Florida licensure or eligibility for licensure, if required
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
