• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or qualifying equivalent). • Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills. • Commitment to compassionate, evidence-informed, patient-centered care.
