Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Part-Time $19.00-$21.00/hour Join Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. We're seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our pediatric ABA team. You'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs while working closely with a supervising BCBA in a supportive, team-based environment. Your Role:
• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized behavior plans
- Provide direct ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized behavior plans
- Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies
- Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions
- Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding progress and observations
- Partner with families to encourage skill generalization
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services.
- Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
