Job Description Skillbridge Academy is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager Liaison to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, helping maintain strong business relationships, coordinate account activities, and ensure an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, a natural problem-solver, and someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced professional environment. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with clients and business partners.
- Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure effective communication.
- Coordinate account activities, follow-ups, and service requests to support client satisfaction.
