Job Description Expected Annual Earnings: $85000 – $180000 based on performance $19.00 per hour

- Help guests identify the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Deliver a personalized luxury sales experience while demonstrating vehicle features, technology, and performance.
- Conduct professional test drives and maintain strong Land Rover product knowledge.
- Guide guests through the purchase process while providing a transparent, customer-focused experience.
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up, referrals, and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of automotive sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused, competitive, and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Previous experience in a commission- or quota-driven sales environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Employment Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug testing.
